For what ever reason, the doves just were not flying. Nobody even came close to getting a limit. It was OK though. Opening day of dove season is how I celebrate the beginning of the new hunting season.
I could go to Safeway and buy three Perdue Oven Stuffer Roasters for the same amount of money these six doves cost me.
