squirrel opens on Sept. 6. that seems pretty early. i think it's always opened around the middle of October up here. i could see getting back into a little squirrel hunting. i got my boy a pellet gun and that things a blast to shoot. the other reason i got it was i use it instead of the POS gun my company has for shooting pigeons.whenever we go to do a pigeon job, i'm the trigger man and i just hated to shoot their gun. think i'm gonna have a little backpack hunt this year for squirrels with the benjamin-sheridan.
