Have to admit - 600 yards more or less is my self-imposed limit for hunting, as it's the farthest I can regularly practice. Sometimes I can get out to 800 or beyond, but I can count on being able to shoot 600 yards regularly.

And... I'm pretty comfortable there, reading the wind, etc... Will likely never be one of those guys who pops critters out at 1,000 - 1,500 or beyond. I've shot that far, just not comfortable with it for hunting.
