Deployed and drew Idaho elk unit 37A

I am currently deployed with the AF in Afganistan and drew 37A for elk.
I have 2 problems: The guy who prompted me to put in and who knew where to go got transfered and is out of the picture. And I'm stuck over here till labor day.....no scouting time.
Anybody got any clueson areas to start looking? Dont need a 350, a branch bull will do.

I sure hope that some nice Idaho fella gives you some good directions.

Unit 37A is way out of my bailiewick. Sorry......:(

Where is 37A? If it's the Bennet Hills unit, I can give you some good intel. I got a very nice 316 bull out of there back in 99. I dont remember the unit number, but I remember the location.

37A is in the Lemhi Zone. A long strip from the Salmon River to the south and east of the Pahsimeroi River. Over the top to the west of Leadore.
