Transferability of tags in Wyoming?

A buddy a drew a buck tag for area 26 in Wyoming. Things have gone crazy with his work and he is not going to be able to go on the hunt :(

What, if any are his options with his tag?

Can he sell it? Give it away? Get a refund? Turn it in for a credit for next year?

Or does he just have to write it off as a loss?

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks!

Re: Transferability of tags in Wyoming?

Two years ago I caled them and asked a similar question. A friend from the south was hit by katrina and not sure if he could go, they told me then that there is no transfering. I dont know if anything is changed, but give the WY game and fish a call They are very helpful
