Hardest Tag to Draw?

Was just wondering what you guys think the hardest mule deer/ elk tag to draw is.

    For us a ND any elk, only 7-10 avaliable to general public

    Arizona Strip in AZ and the Henry Mountains tag in UT are near impossible if you don't have a lot of points built up

    Mulies in Western Nevada are pretty much a once a lifetime ordeal. That and goats here.

    The way the CA preference point system works for sheep it is less than a once a lifetime odds.
