    Kept looking for the fifth point and then realized you eastern guys count the eye guards as points. Out here in the west the eye guard or brow tine is not counted. Not pickin on you but if you were hunting in a area that required at least 5 points on one side your buck would not qualify unless the fifth point does not show in the photo.

    With all that said a 28" 4 pointer these days on public land is a pretty good buck...congratulations!!

    I used to call that a buck like that a 4x4, but then the guys from CO kept correcting me to a 5x5. They must have been transplants
