So what have you found out? Anything in TX worth repeating? Share the details as if I could find something better than what I attended I would fact it would not have to be in TX...

Ranger Long Range Hunting School

I actually Just started doing one on the weekends geared towards long range hunting. The class is held 45 mins west of Houston in Columbus, tx. It is a custom turret based long range shooting system. We will go through some of the below and then head to the range to do some long range shooting. I have some specials going on right now as an introductory as I am just getting started. Guns and ammo are supplied.

The Ballistic Coefficient
Gravity Drop
Uphill/Downhill shooting
Wind Deflection
Gyroscopic (spin) drift
The Coriolis Effect
Ballistics Programs
Extended Long Range Shooting
Ballistic performance
analysis for both long range
hunting and target shooting

What do yall know about Tac Pro Shooting Center in Mingus, TX? They have a primary and an advanced precision course on a 1000 yd range.
