    Catslayer,

So what have you found out? Anything in TX worth repeating? Share the details as if I could find something better than what I attended I would go...in fact it would not have to be in TX...

I actually Just started doing one on the weekends geared towards long range hunting. The class is held 45 mins west of Houston in Columbus, tx. It is a custom turret based long range shooting system. We will go through some of the below and then head to the range to do some long range shooting. I have some specials going on right now as an introductory as I am just getting started. Guns and ammo are supplied.

    The Ballistic Coefficient
    Gravity Drop
    Uphill/Downhill shooting
    Wind Deflection
    Gyroscopic (spin) drift
    The Coriolis Effect
    Ballistics Programs
    Extended Long Range Shooting
    Ballistic performance
    analysis for both long range
    hunting and target shooting
    Applications.

I don't yet have a long range rifle, but am interested in this. Utah would be a nice two day drive for me.
