lobby groups

why is it that every time something changes in the way things are done with game management there is a lawsuit filed by these lobbyists that don't ever come close to having an encounter with the subjects of the suit?

Now they'll get think and more populated when they figure out they are safe there, but not across the borders. Just chase em over, we'll take em for you.

They are all idiots that make these decisions.
