Notice our gov. "BS" said "go ahead and shoot" he DIDN'T say "I'll protect you from the feds if you do it". Just more of his political bull.

About time! Just in time for me actually. Cows are calving and there are a few close. They better stay in the hills.

Re: MT going to cut loose on wolves!!!

After last week's decree from our illustrious governor to not allow any shipments of buffalo out the Yellowstone holding pens for 90 days and now with his latest comments on wolves I don't think he's too interested in a future in politics. I hope this isn't political BS but I don't think it would be too wise to strap a wolf to your hood on the way home. I would guess the feds will have a response within 24 hrs. on this and I would guess we just got any chance of handling this on the State level removed. Now it's in the feds hands.

He might have said the State of Montana will not prosecute anybody, but you can bet your azz that if any Fed catches you shooting one, including State employees, that they will prosecute under Federal Law. I would say your chances of SSS are better if the State turns it's back, but I would be very careful doing it and not tell a soul if I shot one!
