In years past, each Region had it's own book, but this year they've combined them into one book. You can call one of the regional offices to get a book sent or you can go to Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks :: Block Management and get more info.

thank you! any and all info helps a ton lol not living in the area sucks but I guess that's what a lot of the guys that come deer hunt the Midwest have to deal with too.
