Echo the Mulie and Antelope sentiment, down significantly. Whitetail are down in the central and west, I think they are doing better in the eastern part of the state. Some brutal winters, disease, very high doe harvests, and 2.5 million acres of CRP coming out the last couple years has taken its toll.
Elk, Moose and Sheep are once in a lifetime draws and as you can imagine very hard to get. Pheasants are down in the northern parts but OK in the southern half. Now for the good news....
Great waterfowl, especially in Central ND, and plenty of Sharptails. Coyotes are everywhere you look. Welcome, and good hunting.
