Wolves remain protected in Washington

OLYMPIA – Despite the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s (USFWS) action today removing gray wolves from the federal endangered-species list in the eastern third of Washington state, the animals remain protected as a state endangered species throughout Washington.

It'll be interesting to see how Washington handles this and what kind of delays they build in. This is a state that can't even get regs and lincese/tags out until almost the middle of the year.

Maybe in a few years they'll get the wolf thing figured out.

My prediction is that the Spokane boys will become very familar with the 3-S program.
