Captn C,

From having been on a hog dog hunt or two, some dog training time in the pen and one hog dog trial down in Wills Point, TX all I can say is that your wife will do to ride the river with.

To get up after being rooted and make a 1 handed shot

I woulda just made brown while high tailing it out of there.

Ya'll are quite the team!!!!!!

Congrats On The Big-pig. They Are Fun To Hunt.... And Eat. But If You Dont Have Them , Be Thankful. The Pigs We Have Are Destroying Every Thing In Sight. Talk About Messing Up Some Good Deer Hunting Land. You Cant Kill'em As Fast As They Breed.

Thanks for all the comments...she is a trooper!

Here is another pic that shows just how big the raskle really was.

She has only been hunting for 3 years and has shot more game than a bunch of guys I know. This year alone she has taken 3 bucks (one 10 and two 8's). Her best single day was a spring gobbler I called in for her, a bobcat and a mid size hog....all in about five hours in one day her first year hunting!

Congratulations, that is a great hog!

edge.

PS Don't you know that AR-15's have no place in hunting! Perhaps you didn't get the Zumbo memo :-)

LOL

I'm not sure I would have paid much attention to if I did see it! LOL

He would flip if he seen my last hog photos...see below!

I shot these a couple weeks ago.

I get a bit of grief from another web site for using such "guns"...I keep trying to make the point that all guns are guns. The assult weapons label is something the libs like to throw at us.

OMT-both of the above hogs were one shot one kill...no spray and pray!
