Getting back into rifles after being away for more years than I can remember. My earlier every day rifles are now for collectors but it is fun to learn about all the changes and opportunities to spend money on new toys--or to buy back old toys for 10-20x what I sold them for. Great site to help me get up to speed.

Welcome to Long Range Hunting.

Sounds like it's time to get out the old checkbook and start spending money.

Re: New from Virginia

Checks are moving out the door. Bought a Cooper--at a good price. I had never heard of a Cooper.
Trying to remember what happened to my "new" pre 64 Model 70s. It used to be a big deal to have a 220 Swift with a "high" powered scope.
But then again, $3.50 an hour was real good money.

Re: New from Virginia

$3.50 and hour was overtime pay, and double time at that.
