You have a majority in the Supreme Court, so why don't your get your worthless lazy conservative Republican a$$ in gear and rule on the 2nd amendment. i think the "should be shot for treason" liberals still have the edge in the supreme court.

Courts (Supreme and otherwise) can interpret the Constitution any way they jolly well please. It all depends on how they "feel" about any point of law submitted for their adjudication.

The Warren and Burger Courts proved that. They made law "out of whole cloth" by finding things in the Constitution that were not there, and never intended to be there.

Oops, I forgot that under the Patriot Act we gave up our freedom so we could stand in line like cattle at the airports and need a passport just to go to Canada to hunt a moose. Probably the FBI and HSA will already have my phone tapped and all my emails intercepted. Being ex-military I will be charged as a terrorist for not being still in uniform and sent to a prison in Cuba and get no cigar.


Dave, 7 of the 9 Supreme Court judges are Republican appointees. Of course some of them are so old that they may be senile and not remember anything anymore.

The estimated time for them to make a ruling was sometime in June. I can't find any new estimates of the expected date.

I am afraid that most Republicans have become as sorry as ALL of the Socialist Demoncraps in DC.

You can look at all the major issues & see the same thing. For example with the border, ALL
the Socialist Demoncraps and alot of the Republicans are for open borders. Only a handful of Republicans are on the right side.

With gun contol it is a given that the Socialist Demoncraps want them taken, we all know that don't we? In ths case it all hinges on how many Republicans will take a stand. If Obama
gets in the Socialist demoncraps will outnumber gun owners, we know that.

The same thing has happened in the courts. 7 of the 9 are Rep. picks, but only some of those are Conservative. I noticed that BB did not ask which way the 2 dem picks would go, because we know that answer now don't we, as always.
