A serious threat to our right to bear arms.
In the August issue of the American Rifleman, an article warns of a treaty named "Organization of American States(OAS) small arms treat, known by its Spanish acronym CIFTA." It would require(among other things) that any modification or repair of a weapon(which includes mounting a scope or attaching a sling) would have to be done by someone with a firearms manufacturing license.
