Petition to Texas Legislature
for the passage of the Preservation of Freedom and Liberty Act. If you live in Texas get on board with your signature nd forward the link to all the Texans you know.
Texans Gun Rights
the beginning of the Act follows:
WHEREAS, the purpose of the sovereign State of Texas is to defend the life, property, rights and freedom of Texans who are themselves individually sovereign, we hereby declare null and void any and all Executive Orders issued by the President of the United States and/or Laws passed by the Congress of the United States and any regulations issued thereunder that relate to any further infringement upon the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States or Article 1, Section 23 of the Texas Constitution on or after January 1st, 2013. Pursuant to this declaration any federal agent, officer, or employee threatening life, property, rights or freedom within the State of Texas has committed a felony and will be prosecuted for their crime exactly as any other person would be.
