NRA responce to Inaugural Address

Keep in mind the animals we shoot for food and display are not bullet proof. Contrary to popular belief, they bleed and die just like they did a hundred years ago. Being competent with a given rifle is far more important than impressive ballistics and poor shootability. High velocity misses never put a steak in the freezer.

That was one of the more powerful speeches I have heard from the NRA in my 40 years as a member! Too bad every American isn't exposed to this counterpoint, rather than the distorted crap they get fed by the media.

Thanks for the link Joe. I had not seen that yet from the NRA nor did I watch or will I ever watch another thing that man says. I get snippets here and there from the media but i made a pact with myself after he got elected a second time that I would not listen to him. It is alot easier on my blood pressure.............

you and me both, I feel a trip to the range coming on just to put things back into perspective.
