I went on to add that before the recent threats by Diane Feinstein and NY Governor Andrew Cuomo, I was content to write a letter or two expressing my opinion. Should any of their garbage pass into law, I would be forced to become infinitely more active in politics, particularly at election time.
I don't know if they take me seriously BUT yesterday, I got a reply letter from one of my Senators, Chuck Schumer. For those who do not know about him, he's usually the one in front of the camera. Anyhow, this is the first reply I think I've ever gotten from him. (I still think I can throw a Buick further than I trust him.) In that letter there was some drivel about how he is there for hunters and sportsman and all the good things he has done for us. (refer to the statement previous about tossing a Buick.) I'm still waiting for the rest to reply.
