Judge Carter Sold Us Out

It has just come to my attention that Superior Court Judge Carter has dismissed the case in which Obama would have had to show his birth certificate if in fact it does exist. The case was scheduled for Jan. 26 2010 but was dismissed by the 9th Circut Court and Judge Carter. $1,600,000.00 dollars exchanged hands and this case is not going to happen. Carter was a "Prior Marine" and is now an "EX Marine" in the same light as Lee Harvey Oswald and Charles Whitman. As a former member of our armed sevices (435th CSG Ground Tactical LRS 1972-1976) I cannot begin to describe the disapointment that this act of cowardice and betrayal on the part of Carter exemplifies. I hope that any one reading this will begin to accept the fact that our so called elected officials and judicial appointees are all the same. We the people are on our own. Correct me if I'm wrong ( and I usually am) but...can't you find copy's of BHO's birth certificate all over the internet and on reputable news sites? Last I heard was that people were arguing that it's a "Certificate of Live Birth", which is what Hawaii calls a birth certificate and is recognized by every other state as such. I thought this was a dead issue month's ago and that's why the court dismissed it....

No, I don't (thus the caveat that I may be wrong on this one)....

But a quick google search showed several news sources had it posted on their website. Again, I may be wrong...but I thought it was a dead issue....

Hey, it is possible the judge made the correct legal decision - even though you may dislike Obama. Would you really prefer some judge that screws with the laws just so you happen to get your way? Lots will say yes in a joking manner.

But throwing the standing elected President out on his head after one year in office without overwhelming evidence that a serious breach of constitutional law has clearly occured is the best way I know of to tear the country apart, and undermine the established election system we've operated under for a long, long time now.

It may be time for a reality check?

Certificates of live birth was given to american babies that were born out of country to american parent(s). It is not a birth certificate which is given by the hospital in which he was born. When you look at the font of the internet "copy" it is a microsoft font. A copy is just that a copy. Microsoft was not the font used in 1961 because they were not invented yet.
It is a fact that his mother at 5 months pregnant was in Kenya by way of her passport stamp. Not many if any doctors at that time would have allowed her to fly.
His father's stated race is "African". Today that is an optional box. In 1961 it would have stated negro as every other birth certificate stated used to make the arguement.
If he has the birth certificate don't you think that it would be more cost efficient and transparent to just show it if he has nothing to hide???

Here is something else to consider if he is not a natural born citizen then he should be booted out of office and here is were it gets even better biden would not be able to take his position because osama was never qualified for the position in the first place so how could the vice president be the vice president to a muslim oops osama dog gone it Obama if he were not qualified in the first place?
