Wouldn't 2003.004 (4) exempt shotguns as firearms that are protected?

Not only that AJ but how about handguns? They have snake loads available in about every cal.! And how many rifles are Made In Texas? True barrels and stocks are covered but actions? I don't know but, it looks like some may be thinking just because we live down here we my be safer and I don't think this will be the case. IMO
