I still don't see how they can go around the Constitution. That would still infringe the 2nd Amendment. I'm gettin tired of this. Just when you think they're going to go focus on something that needs fixin, I read this. Guess I'll go load up a couple more mags.

Treaties are invalid if not Constitutional. Ask the American Indians how treaties worked out for them.
