"Equal Enforement" Law

If a weapons bill was passed at the Federal Level, if a state law could force the Feds to equally enforce all the previous before the new one was "allowed". Meaning get rid of all the illegals before you take away ____.

Another thought was a state passing a law that allows the legislature to determine if a Federal Law was constitutional before allowing it. Just thinking, since there is nothing else to do on Christmas day at work
