I personally dont know ''jack'' about wine. I actually get a headache just from the smell of most wines. However, my mom likes a red wine with real meat, and a white wine with seafood, or on a hot summer evening on the porch.
My grandma prefers a red wine with any meal.
On the other hand, I know a couple people who like whatever is in the box
I prefer Henery's Private Reserve, or O'Bahn Scotch on the rocks with dinner, and Coors light or 7&7 or Pendelton Whiskey strait up for ''social outings''.
Unfortunately I guess Im not ''refined'' enough to enjoy wine.
I did have some Late Harvest (super high sugar content) from Hyatt Vinniards in Zilla Wa.(real tall skinny bottle. Only about half as much wine as I thought Id get for the price I paid for it...Must be harder to harvest grapes in the winter?) that my wife couldnt finnish. She said it was too sweet. I kinda thought if wine tasted more like that, alot more poeple would drink it. Sorry I couldnt be of much help.
