Our recipe is very similar to yours. Except instead of ketchup we add some brown sugar.
We just did 10 lbs of meat and it lasted 1 week for 3 people. Great recipe

Does this work with a smoker? All I have is a little chief smoker and cannot find a decent recipe.

I used this today with 4lbs of ground venison and a jerky shooter....put it in the oven...

came out of the oven and went in my belly.

My feedback............
