Smoked sausage?

Smoked sausage?

Does anyone here make their own sausage from venison? At the price the processor charges for sausage sticks, I want to give it a try myself.

I have a grinder and smoker but no stuffer yet. Any recommendations on a good stuffer? Recipe? Procedure?

I Got My Stuffer From Northern Tool"on Sale Right Now For $12.00" And It Works Great And Used Hi Mountain Summer Sausage Kit From Cabelas. The Best S.s. We Have Ever Ate.
