This Saturday is our annual deer salami production for myself and about 10 friends. This year we are schedule to make 900 pounds! I am going to try to remember my camera this year to get pictures and possibly video of the "salami cannon" in action. For those of you who missed last year's post, we have built our own sausage press with a 75 pound capacity. It takes 5 or 6 people to keep up with it once it's rolling!
