easy roast
2 and a half lb. roast . [any wild game..elk,venison]
1/2 cup A1 sauce
1/2 cup water [ beer would be ok, but since this will be started early in morning]
1 packet mushroom onion mix
1 lb. baby red potatoes
3/4 lb. baby carrots
1 small onion [chopped]
combine the water, A 1 sauce and onion mushroom mix
remove bone in roast or not,
place roast in slow cooker mix carrots onion and potatoes and place over roast
pour the mix over top of everything
cover with lid and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
serve with corn salad and red wine and a desert of your choice
