Well, its about 60 days till elk season. As you say, tendons grow slowly.

Speed kills.

Wonder how many times a person has to learn that. I was feeling good so I took a day off and then the next day I pushed the pace real hard. Would you believe tendinitis was all I got from that. Hard to believe I am still that stupid.
