ND State F-class champ

congrats to Nate (308nate) for winning the state shoot! A score of 728 in winds from 18 to 30mph at 3 o'clock wind direction. Oh yeah here are a few pictures of the gun(the stock isn't finished but it still got the job done).

Re: ND State F-class champ

Outstanding!!!

Unlike a lot of people, I like to shoot in 'big wind'. I'm not necessarily that good at it, but I'm not scared of it - and thats about half the battle. That and the people who favor 'trigger pulling contests' tend to stay home

Good job in tough conditions. I always wished there was some way to pro-rate scores by the conditions to make things a little less apples to oranges when it comes to comparing scores from one range to another.

Again, congrats!

Monte

I'm with you on the wind. I don't enjoy hunting in the wind, but I do enjoy long range shooting in the wind ad yes it would be nice if they could pro rate conditions.
