    Nice looking rifle.

I can think of one thing worse and that would be not having the new barrel to get to break it in.

Go out and shoot stuff with it. Gotta be some long range rocks out there that need killin.

Send it my way and I'll gladly help you in the break in process.

    Very nice rig, congrats!

    John_m44,
Is that HS bottom metal the AP209-5 for the 300 ultra mag ?
And if so how many rounds does it hold, and what is the max COAL with the 300gr SMK bullets ?

    Trueblue,
I'm not familiar with the number you gave, but the mag is intended for ultra mag calibers. It only holds three rounds, and the max oal that still functions is 3.680 (I'm going off memory)
As long as the weather permits hopefully I'll be able to finish the break in process and maybe do some load development.
