That stock (I suspect) is like a sports car. If you have to know what it costs, you can't afford it.

Flip, your post made me laugh.... a masterpiece is rarely found at a bargain, then again, how does one define a "bargain"



OP, I actually applaud your selection, I have driven more than one 'smith to high blood pressure meds with a very similiar out look on rifles: "If someone else has it, I don't want it." Great taste on the stock, but I didn't catch what type of wood that is?

The general definition of a bargain would be....

A bargain is a a bargain to the person who's buying it if they think they got a good brice. Now, a person on public assistance would never think (I assume) that most of the stuff on this site is a bargain but to those who have the wherewithall, everything is a bargain.....

Bargains, like beauty is in the eye of the beholder......

It is a very nice stock. Wood stocks, as a rule, are kind of alien to me.
