7mm Rem Mag

Here's my pride and joy

Action: Model 700

Stock: McMillan M40A1 - Green 60%, Black 20%, White 20% (Hindsight I might have done something different, maybe an od green and tan)

Barrel: Shilen Match Grade Select 27 1/2" stainless steel, heavy contour

Trigger: Remington X Mark - It's been worked over and it isn't bad, but I'm thinking about buying a Timney soon.

Optics: Nightforce ATACR (MOAR Reticle) in NF Rings on a 20 moa Warne Rail

Bipod: Harris-S

Current Load: 162 Amax, 62.5gr RL22, Norma Brass

Here are some pictures of the gun, the test to make sure the reticle was square with the world, the box test, and the group I shot before I put it away for the day. All shooting was done at 100 yards and my assumption for the box test not being perfect is due to my poor shooting. Thanks for looking!

Also recently picked up a Flatline Ops level, but haven't got it installed yet.

Re: 7mm Rem Mag

Thank you! It does shoot good. Currently better than I can shoot it. My buddy who does my reloading can shoot one hole groups with it, but he also shoots BR competition. I think I'll improve once I get the trigger switched out or lightened up. I had it checked by my friend and it was breaking at a little over 5lbs, which is pretty dang heavy for me, especially compared to my ar.

Re: 7mm Rem Mag

Thanks! Nonneman custom rifles in nw Missouri put it together. Ring height is 1". NF calls them medium, but they are the lowest 34mm ultralight rings they make.i
