1st camo paintjob

Okay this was my first real camo paintjob I did on my rifle. Verdict???

Just because I know I'll be asked... it's a Savage 111, 300WM, Choate Ultimate Sniper stock (personally customized in order to add adjustable cheekpiece), 30" McGowen bull barrel, Millett LRS-1, Harris Bipod. Last pic is 5 shot grouping @ 300 yds... one flier threw off my grouping. But I'll still take it

Re: 1st camo paintjob

Thankfully I'm in the northern suburbs, but when you say Lindenhurst, people go "huh?" so it's easier to say Chicago.

I wanted to play it safe so I taped over the turrets and seams on the scope, maybe one day I'll blast the whole thing. So far I'm pleased tho. Might try a winter scheme in a few months.

Re: 1st camo paintjob

Awesome thanks for the props so far! It turned out pretty good I think. It blends in the tall grass really well... I'll have to get a few pics of that up soon.

Keep the feedback coming!
