Search Not working

Is it just me or does the serach not work?
I keep getting 'No Search results' for ANY term

How many characters are you putting in your search window? I just tried it and it works fine, you just need at least 4 characters.

I stopped using the search on this site because how sporadically it works/doesn't work.

If I need to search it I use Google and limit it to searching the domain longrangehunting.com

To do this, if I want to find 7mm.... I type into google:
7mm site:longrangehunting.com

What's nice about this is that Google doesn't limit you to a string length. You can also put quotes around a phrase to seach for that exact phrase.

For example I can search for "7mm reload?" by typing into Google:
"7mm reload" site:longrangehunting.com
Only pages with the exact phrase "7mm reload" will be listed.


You can also combine phrases and words
+"tikka t3" +"270 wsm" +reload site:longrangehunting.com
The + forces the word or phrase to be in the document. Without it, it will find pages with partial matches.

I have only had the search work for me one time. All other times it says the same as you found. Just thought it was my computer.

Thank you so much for that google tip! This thread should be made a sticky. I too have never been able to search for any term no matter the length. I always got the same result of 0! Very frustrating. Now I can start getting some use out of searching this site. Thanks again.
