Lost all my pm's

I lost all my PM's???

Logged in today and they was all gone. Has this ever happened to anyone before?
I wasn't at a space limit but had some saved in there I wanted a receipts and such.

INBOX and SENT was gone.

I'm looking into the problem, but it does appear that there are no PMs associated with your account. There may be no way to restore your PMs, unfortunately. I'll report back as soon I learn more about your issue. I'm very sorry for the trouble.

I changed my pasword to be on the safe side.

I know I had probably 20 or so saved then logged in yesterday and they were gone.

I wish I had something positive to add, but I don't. This is a very rare problem. Other members who may worry about losing messages should download their messages as XML, CSV or Text files - you can do this via the links near the bottom of your listed PMs in the user CP. As with your other important data on your computer, backups are an important maintenance routine that should be done regularly.
