You know you are shooting long range when the CheyTac team that's always on History Channel ranges the target and starts sobbing.

On the old muddy, in a houseboat. Problem is, the old muddy is about dry so the skeeters are hell and my houseboat is stuck in the mud.
Actually, the unemployment state.

Idaho is home. Great state for longrange shooting. Big game, small game or just plain shooting. You can do it all here. Usually with in minutes of home or at home.

Idaho, and I agree all the way with Clint, although up here in the north, we have to get up high for great long range.

Re: Where in the US do you live?
South Texas. Lots of hunters here, along with overpriced, pet white-tails. The hog hunting is great and the mosquitoes and ticks are awfull. I'm trying like heck to find a good job in Colorado...preferably the western half.
