WoW. One thing about it no ticks or other nasty varments
Thjis time of year. I won't see 80 until next summer.

Long johns and insulated coveralls are the order of the day.
82 in february, the good Lord willing.

Yep, I had my fill of them biting bugs too... I carry one of those little 3 leg foldups, just so I don't have to sit on the ground..but it will sink in the ground at times lol... Down here we got what they call fire ants and those suckers got some teeth on them.

    JP Hunter

Welcome! Lets' see, 22 that was 60 years ago for me. I like fresh meat too,
but, I want it skinned first and barbecued.

Your you tube postings are interesting, I shoot a Savage Hunter with a 26 inch
barrel and muzzel brake, 7mm rem. loaded with a 162 gr hornaday btsp, pushed
by 60 gr of IMR 4831. Guided by a 10-20x50 scope. Set up on The G7 balistics
    Calaulator. I shoot a 24 x 24 inch target at 1000 yds.

I wish you well and hope you are still shooting 60 years from now.

    Hunterbob,

Since the weather has decided to turn COLD. I'm sticking to the reloading bench
and building a supply of projectiles to shoot down range, when it warms up.

Happy New year and may all your shots hit in the 10 ring.
