Re: How Many Centerfire Rounds Do You Fire Per Year?

38-250 rounds, 357mag-150 rounds, 40S&W-150 rounds, 45-50 rounds, 12 guage-100 rounds, 308-250 rounds 30-06-50 rounds, 300rum-150 rounds. Sounds like about 1150 this year but, now that things are returning a little bit more to normal I hope to shoot more. Doesn't include 22 rimfire.

Rifle- 223 Rem., 300 Savage, 30-06 Sprg.,
Wheelgun- 357 mag.
...and not to mention the 12 iron.
I shoot most of my rounds throught the 223 even though it is not an auto. I try not to shoot the 300 Sav. too much, because she was made in 1953, and it was a gift from my Dad.
Last year I did not do a whole lot of shooting due to financial reasons, but will be doing more this year for sure.

Re: How Many Centerfire Rounds Do You Fire Per Year?

Some years I have shot only 2 rounds per year.... One to make sure it's 2 inches high at a 100 yards and 1 to kill a deer....

I am not joking at all... I have had the same 20 rounds of 270 win for the last 15 years.... Out of the 15 years 8 of them I did not deer hunt... I am still good for a few more years..
