WTB 30 cal barrel blank

Im looking for a brand new 30 cal barrel blank for a 26-28 overall finish with a 1 in 10 twist and number 7 or maybe 8 contour Stainless steel and fluted. It would be preferable for it to be a lilja but any of the top names i will consider. I have a brand new Lilja fluted Stainless Steel #7 contour 7mm barrel with a 1 in 9 twist thats for a 27-28 OAF That i would be willing to trade, for the 30 barrel.
