Wanted: Cheap Encore butt stock

I need a Encore butt stock that I can cut down for my 7 year old to use. Condition doesn't matter as long as it is structurally sound. The boy wants to shoot but I hate to spend $100 for a stock to cut up!

What I used is an Thumbhole Stock for my son .
He can Grip it better.

He used an Thumbhole stock to Kill an Dear with an 243 this year .

Do you think the synthetic would cut down OK? guess I should have mentioned I was hoping for wood.

check out boyds rifle stocks they some times have stocks with blemishes that they sell cheap.
