I'm glad you received support from HS Precision and that you posted your experience. I for one have been able to call Josh and talk with him when I was contemplating a purchase, and later when I needed some advice. The company has treated me great.
Unfortunately, HS has received a bad rap on some other boards for their customer service, but my experiences have been nothing but positive.
