WTB: How to book/videos

Hello everybody,

I'm just getting started in reloading partly in order to get into precision/long range shooting and all the other added benefits of reloading.

Does anyone have any videos or books that you've progressed past to help a new guy learn? Right now I'm not even sure what kind of equipment to purchase.
