Wtb h-4350

I am looking for H-4350, would prefer 1 lb to 8 lb.
Possible trade for Retumbo if interested, I think I have 3+ lbs

LGS has some. I don't know anything about mailing powder. Don't know what the cost is to ship or how to do it but i know I can get some powder for you. If anyone knows the rules on shipping powder i would like to know. Let me know if i can help.

Also interested in the rules on shipping powder. If there is another thread on it that someone knows of, please provide link.

Pertinent because I am also interested in the retumbo. Need the rules first though.
