Excellent condition, lenses are perfect. RR rangefinder reticle. The only noticeable blemishes are not scratches, but more like a couple very light scuffs on the bottom and very faint ring marks. The are some more noticeable scuffs on the sunshade but still light.
Currently in NF rings (not included) so I don't know what it looks like under those. Overall a super clean scope with no issues. No HS or ZS or box.
