Re: Emptying safe

Yes sir,

I am interested in the 8x44 steiners. I live in east TN. Would you send me a pic to rvannoyroa@aol.com.

What do you think of the clarity and low light ability of this glass. I have never had a pair in my hand so I'm at your mercy. Mainly wanting to spot gami in low light with these. What kind of warranty does steiner give.

Thanks
Rick in TN

Re: Emptying safe

The 8x44 XP's are fairly similar to my high end Pentax (8x43) during the daylight; but the XP's are definetly better when it gets dark.

Go to some of the independent reviews and read up on the XP's to get more info. There is a difference between the standard Peregrines and the XP's.

I believe they are called the Discovery model in Europe.

It's a 30 year warranty on this model.

I'll post some more pics later this afternoon.
