Adam Sandler played ''Bobby Boucher'' in the movie The Water Boy. The character in the movie was slightly ''touched'' in the head, much like the guy in Roy's video, and the character had a bit of a stutter. One of his most memorable lines was ''H-H-H-H-High Quality H2o.'' Bobby Boucher, the character in the movie kinda figured it was his sole purpose in life to give the team Quality Drinking Water, since he was the teams water boy, untill the team figured out that when Bobby Boucher got mad he could hit like a Mack Truck!
Funny movie, but kinda dumb at the same time. But the guy in the movie sure is simmilar to the character in the video!
