does any one know if the rem 700 short action wsm magazine box (Remington 700 short action. WSM - Standard - 2.95" (7.5cm) long, fits 700 short action and Model 7) will allow me to seat 7mm saum bullets out to the lands (accubonds) on a rem model 7 7mm saum?

I would make up a dummy round, with the bullet seated out to the lands, and measure it.
