Brass Stacker Mosin Nagant 9130 Front Sight Adapter MN-FSAR . Brass Stacker makes adapter mounts. They clamp on, but I suppose you could also hit it with braze or weld
if you properly heat sink the barrel in wet sand before doing so! Make sure you use your levels, too, before committing with the welder.
You may also order sights from
